It Was Comfortable at Home is a virtual reality experience that leads you to another reality where windows are broken, houses are demolished, and people of the 21st century are hiding from shelling. It is a story of a disaster that enters one’s house leaving it in ruins. However, it is also a story of hope. It is an opportunity to see both the scale and the depth of the disaster.
The virtual reality project is created for Ukrainians to experience the feelings of the ones who suffered misfortune and lost their homes and provide the support needed.
It is not a story of lamentation or seeking for sympathy; it is about the understanding between people.

The project was realized by FILM.UA, DCU and Signal Red team.
